The first program is all muscle toning. It “blasts” each body part with a no-nonsense medley of traditional, weight-room-style routines. The second workout includes newer training methods like Pilates, multi-planar and compound exercises. It also incorporates easy-to-follow cardio moves ranging from kickboxing to simple grapevines.
